It has been a little while since we last updated you on The Lenny: 24 spacious owner-occupied apartments at Sloterweg 22 in Badhoevedorp.

Behind the scenes, we've certainly not been standing still. Over the past few months, we've been working hard on the preparations for construction. The sales documentation is currently being finalized, while the contractors are busy preparing the cost estimates.

At the end of September 2026, we will share a new project update. In this update, we will provide more information about the sales prices, floor plans, technical specifications, and the anticipated construction schedule.
